Capybara

Workforce / AI software department / Early access

A software department.
Without building one.

The gap between an app idea and an app is the work. We’re building Workforce: an AI software department that coordinates planning, coding and independent checks around your brief. Follow the work, inspect the proposed build and keep the release decision.

Workforce

A web-app brief.
A build you can inspect.

That spreadsheet your team has outgrown. The feature still waiting in your backlog. Workforce is being designed to coordinate the engineering behind that brief and bring back source, a non-production preview and checks against what you asked for. The goal is a result you can review, not a chat you have to keep steering.

For founders and product teams ready to move a web-app idea into engineering work.

New app or existing project?

The product direction includes new web applications and changes to existing repositories, within a supported scope agreed for the project. Production administration and unrestricted stack support are outside the starting scope.

Workforce is in development. The workflow below shows the product direction; it is not a live product demo.

The story behind the handoff.

Explore the planned approval-app workflow. This is a design example, not completed work or passing test results.

  1. Define the job before the code.

First, settle the questions that make an approvals app useful: who can submit, who can decide and what counts as done. The planned workflow captures those answers, scope and spending limits before implementation.

    What you would review
A shared brief with roles, acceptance checks and limits.
  2. Move from brief to build.

The department would turn the agreed change into engineering work and coordinate implementation, with blockers visible as it goes. The proposed handoff includes source and an isolated, non-production preview, so you have something to inspect.

    What you would review
Source changes and a preview you can review against the brief.
  3. Make the build answer to the brief.

A separate verification path would check the actual proposed change, rather than trusting the builder’s summary. For this app: can a requester approve their own request? Does a manager’s decision get recorded correctly?

    What you would review
Checks of role permissions and the request-to-decision flow against the actual proposed change.
  4. Decide with the work in front of you.

Workforce would bring the source, preview and verification evidence together for your review. You compare the result with the brief. Production release requires separate authorization.

    What you would review
A reviewable result. You decide what happens next.

Photo-to-shorts / Early access

Reelvo.

Give your photos a plot twist.

A portrait you never shot. A dance you never filmed. We’re designing Reelvo around personal photos and effects you choose by the result: a new look, a movement remix, a then-and-now reveal or a cover. Review the creation cost before you make it.

Legal technology / Early access

Consilius.

Make the matter make sense.

Scattered documents, a missing timeline, a question you don’t know how to ask. We’re developing Consilius to help people prepare for a lawyer, and give lawyers and firms a source-linked working file. Legal information, not legal advice.

02 / How we’re designing it

Less coordinating.
More deciding.

AI-assisted building still leaves someone coordinating the work, checking the result and knowing when to step in. We’re designing Workforce around that gap: routine tasks should keep moving, and consequential decisions should come back to you.

  1. A brief that stays the brief.

The job starts with an outcome and limits. A change in scope needs a new decision, rather than an agent quietly choosing a different job.

  2. Your attention where it matters.

Routine work should continue without constant prompting. New spending, expanded access and production effects need explicit authority.

  3. A separate check on the build.

The agent doing the work should not be the one declaring it accepted. Our design keeps verification and acceptance outside the builder’s control.

03 / About Capybara

We build what
we want to exist.

Capybara Software is a Delaware-based US company, with operations in Istanbul as Capybara Yazilim (Capybara Yazılım in Turkish). We provide technical consultancy and develop our own software products.

A department you can brief. A creative tool built around your photos. A clearer working file for a legal matter. These are the product ideas we’re pursuing, with an engineering standard behind them: agreed scope, reviewed changes and tests grounded in real use. We make trade-offs and remaining risks clear before release decisions.
